HOW TO USE:

Blend the powder with the De-Light Oxi Plus Developer. Mixing ratio : 1 part bleach powder with 2 parts De -Light Oxi 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume developer.

Apply the mixed blend on hair with the desired technique. Process for approx. 35 minutes checking the lightening evolution during processing time.

After desired processing rinse with luke warm water and apply the After Treatment cream of the De-Light System which acts as a shampoo, closes the cuticle and eliminates all chemical residues. Rinse with cool water for the final rinse.
